Happy Day!

Today I had planned on telling you all about my weekend. My bike rides and Halloween stuff. But that all went out the window this morn when I saw the eagles at my happy place for the first time since May!!!

Its times like this that I pee my pants and forget who I am for awhile.



Welcome back!

After staring at the lake for a few minutes I walked back to the car, got in and was going to drive away when they flew past along the lake. And once again they stopped at the same tree that I saw them in for the first time in 2008. I got to walk within 30 yards of the tree before the took off.


And just as fast as they appeared they followed the lake south.....  Looking forward to seeing them during our winter rides!

Biking and Halloween will now be tomorrow..... 

You could not slap the smile off my face today!
