Every once in a while I would mention my morning rides to the local State Park. I do this almost every day rain or shine, car or bike. Have been for years. Even when I had a day job I took this ride before I hit the office.
This summer I just did not get to do it on a bike as much as I wanted even tho I did not need to be at the store till 10am.
Todays ride was in a car as it was 34 degrees and my motivation is in the crapper of late.
Weather permitting I always sit on my fav picnic table for a bit to reflect. I make a lot of my life's decisions at this table. Or just hang out to be in the sun like this morn.
Sitting down here at my happy place and enjoying some good coffee and a cherry scone is a great way to start any day. I used to come down to this table and read quite a bit when I lived out here. Almost all of my morning pics were taken here.
I like my happy place and will continue to visit it almost daily.
Hopefully not so much in a car.....
